Refund & Returns Policy

At Liquid Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Opened personal care products
  • Opened wellness products
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming the inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items
  • Manufacturing defects

Liquid Co. will cover return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Exchanges

If inventory is available, we may exchange products for:

  • Incorrect items
  • Defective products

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for return according to this policy.
